Please read the following Terms and Conditions before proceeding with your booking/registration:
Reservations, Booking and Payment
You will need a valid email address to reserve or book spaces on sessions as this is where we will send your confirmation and ticket. Tickets can be either printed or shown via a mobile device at entry to a session.
Tickets are valid for the date and time shown only.
Where you elect to reserve a space to attend a session (rather than booking a place and making payment), we reserve the right to refuse to accept future reservations where you fail to attend following a reservation.
Where you attend a session without a reservation or booking (a “drop in”), access will be granted on a first come, first serve basis and only where space is available.
Where attending following a reservation or “drop in”, payment will be required via cash or credit/debit card before entry is granted.
Pre-booking and pre-payment is required to book through the online booking system via credit/debit card.
All offers and promotions are subject to expiry dates and are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Only one promotional voucher to be used at a time and never in conjunction with another offer.
Specific voucher terms and conditions will be printed on the voucher itself. If you need further guidance please contact us.
Late attendance
Should to fail to arrive at a session (either as a result of a reservation or booking), we reserve the right to cancel your spaces without refund and offer the space to a third party.
Supervision
Accompanying adults are responsible for the supervision of their children at all times and must accompany their children at all times.
We require at least one accompanying adult per four children booked into a session. All accompanying adults must be competent and over 18 years of age.
Should your children become ill or have a toilet related accident, accompanying adults are responsible for all clean up and professional cleaning costs.
Food
Please refrain from eating during any session other than within any seated areas provided within the relevant session. Breastfeeding and bottle feeding is welcome at all times and in all locations.
Covid Protection
If provided, please use hand sanitiser before the session starts.
Behaviour
Abusive / aggressive / dangerous behaviour or any type of sexual harassment towards Kidstruction Zone staff, employees, management or other customers from either children or adults will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
Alcohol and recreational drugs and smoking/vaping are prohibited in all circumstances during a session. We reserve the right to confiscate any prohibited items and may call the police if we deem appropriate. Anyone under the influence of drugs will not be admitted or will be asked to leave.
No animals are permitted into any session unless a registered guide or assistance dog which must be accompanied at all times by its registered owner.
A session Leader has the right to ask anyone to leave a session at any time and we reserve the right to enforce total bans. Please report any behaviour concerns to the session Leader. Do not intervene yourself.
Session content
Whilst every effort is made to provide all the toys, attractions, facilities and session content mentioned, advertised or photographed, we cannot guarantee that they will all be available at all times or during all sessions. We reserve the right to alter toys, attractions, facilities and session content as may be deemed necessary without prior notice.
Changing Session Times and Venues
If a session becomes too small to run we may need to merge it with another. We do our best to keep session times as similar as possible but unfortunately cannot always guarantee this. If it is not possible to merge a session it may need to be cancelled.
If a session becomes full we will open a waiting list and may try to open another session to cope with demand.
Should you need to change a session, we will do our utmost to accommodate you, but unfortunately cannot guarantee it.
Refunds and Cancellations
Kidstruction Zone is under no obligation to refund or transfer your money in the event that you are unable to attend part or the entirety of any session (for any reason including sickness).
In the instance that a session venue cannot be used for any reason (refurbishment, damage), we will endeavour, where possible, to re-schedule your session to an alternative location. In this instance Kidstruction Zone is not responsible for any travel expenses incurred. If this is not possible we will offer a 1 free session voucher to be used within 6 months. This voucher has no monetary value.
If the session leader is unable to take the session and no replacement can be found then a free session voucher will be given to be used within 6 months. This voucher has no monetary value.
Adverse Weather
Kidstruction Zone is under no obligation to refund sessions that may be missed by local adverse weather when the venue and environs are safe and accessible and the sessions go ahead. We regret that we are unable to offer a refund or alternative session in the event of adverse conditions local to yourselves preventing you from attending a scheduled session. Kidstruction Zone is under no obligation to refund or offer a free session in the event adverse weather conditions have forced its scheduled venue to be closed.
Video and Photography
Whilst the family atmosphere we encourage at sessions means that parents, grandparents and friends should feel very comfortable taking photographs or video footage, we would ask that everyone remains sensitive to the feelings of others and always stop filming should they be asked to do so and not replicate any materials unless given permission to do so. Furthermore, everyone should ensure that no videos or photos include any features which would enable anyone to identify children that are not part of their group booking. In all instances the decision of the Kidstruction Zone session Leader is final.
Kidstruction Zone expressly forbids the right to reproduce any part of our lessons in any form (e.g. on the internet, DVDs, photographs etc). Anyone suspected of continually filming or photographing the lessons for any purpose of publication will be asked to stop filming and leave the current and all future sessions.
All Kidstruction Zone photography, logos and illustrations are the copyright of Abigail Brown. Any scanning or reproduction of any of the above without our written agreement will be regarded as being in breach of our copyright and dealt with accordingly.
Kidstruction Zone reserves the right to use photographs from sessions for publicity purposes if you have agreed for us to do so. However, in each instance we will always endeavour to inform you first.
Kidstruction Zone cannot be held liable for the actions of third parties, and, therefore excludes to the fullest extent possible by law, any liability arising from a breach of this section headed ‘Video and Photography’ by any party.
Valuables
All property (including prams) left in session venues or in entrance halls or outside, is left at your own risk. Kidstruction Zone cannot accept any responsibility for the loss or damage of any personal possessions.
Illness
Should your child or the accompanying adult have, or develop, any known or suspected medical condition you must please consult your doctor before bringing them to the session and inform us or your Kidstruction Zone session Leader either via our contact us form or in person at the relevant session. All information received is treated with the strictest confidence and sensitivity.
We recommend that you never bring your child to class if they or the accompanying adult have any kind of contagious illness including: diarrhoea, chicken pox, impetigo, conjunctivitis, an ear infection or a bad cold. Please wait until the doctor has given you the all clear before attending any session.
In the instance of sickness and/or diarrhoea your child and the accompanying adult must have been clear of all symptoms for at least 48 hours before attending a class.
Should your children become ill or have a toilet related accident, accompanying adults are responsible for all clean up and professional cleaning costs.
Nappies and Changing your child
Always change your child on the floor using a suitable changing mat. Do not use any raised areas such as benches, trolleys or tables. This is to prevent children and babies from rolling onto the floor from high surfaces which can easily happen and is extremely distressing for all concerned.
Please use any appropriate facilities provided by any session venue where possible.
Please take all your used nappies away with you unless a clearly marked bin has been provided. Never leave nappies in an open bin (including those within the venue grounds).
Withdrawal of Service
Kidstruction Zone may, at its own discretion, refuse entry of a customer to its sessions if it is felt that the customers behaviour is unreasonable.
Exclusion of Liability
In the absence of any proven negligence, lack of due diligence or breach of duty by your session Leader(s), us or our employees, the participation by you, your spouse/partner, child or those in whose care you have placed your child for the purpose of attending or observing our session, attendance at our sessions is done so entirely at your and their own risk.
